Section 3
Establishment of a bank or financial institution

(1) Any person who wishes to establish a bank or financial institution for conducting banking and financial transactions in accordance with this Act shall register such bank or financial institution as a public limited company in accordance with the prevailing law. It is not necessary to register according to this sub-section. (2) According to sub-section (1), the officer who has the authority to register the company according to the prevailing law shall be subject to section 4 while registering the company.
